What To Expect

The Technical Program Manager, Energy Remanufacturing will be responsible for the introduction of new products/processes and the definition of our RCA and SOP methodologies, tools, and systems. This includes managing the project from early prototype builds through to the launch of the RCA line/process and requires an exceptional capacity for cross functional interaction and leadership. This Program Manager will manage a cross functional team to develop program schedules, track their progress against these plans, and ensure new products are brought to market on time with exceptional quality, performance, and cost.

What You'll Do

Manage the cross functional team to ensure successful launches of new Energy Remanufacturing and Service products

Own the vision for Energy Remanufacturing systems, structures, and procedures

Lead build core team meetings to coordinate all aspects of prototype builds, set build plans and evaluate constraints

Drive material readiness with supply chain and material planners

Provide direction to project engineers for priorities and trial requirements

Perform cost analyses to reduce product cost and manage inventory

Lead the development and roll-out of Reman NPI/PM structure, tools, and processes

What You'll Bring

Bachelor Degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience

3+ years of experience in mix of engineering and Project Management fields

Experience in Production/Manufacturing environment (semi-automated preferred)

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Can communicate with technical and non-technical team members effectively

Ability to work cross-functionally and manage large teams

Works well under pressure and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Expected Compensation

Associate Technical Program Mgr - $87,120 - $130,680/annual salary

Technical Program Mgr - $100,800 - $151,200/annual salary

Sr Technical Program Mgr - $130,320 - $195,480/annual salary

+ cash and stock awards + benefits for all levels

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
