What You'll Do

• Support the end-to-end delivery of website and digital implementation projects; from discovery and planning through development, testing, launch, and post-launch optimization.
• Partner with business stakeholders, UX, designers, and developers to translate business requirements into wireframes, user flows, and functional documentation that provide a clear foundation for development.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep projects on track, proactively managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and implementation milestones.
• Support website implementation activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT), content updates, quality assurance, launch readiness, and production deployment.
• Work closely with technical and digital marketing teams to implement and continuously improve SEO, SEM, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and emerging AI-powered search experiences.
• Help evaluate and implement AI-driven enhancements that improve website functionality, user experience, search visibility, and overall digital performance.
• Monitor project progress and maintain accurate project documentation, technical specifications, meeting notes, testing results, and implementation records.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, digital experiences, and collaboration across teams.

A Bit About You

• At least 3 years of experience in Digital Project Management, Website Development, Digital Implementation, Business Analysis, Product Operations, or a related field.
• A solid understanding of website development lifecycles and how digital products move from concept to launch.
• Comfortable gathering business requirements and translating them into wireframes, user flows, or functional specifications that guide development.
• Familiarity with wireframing tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of SEO and SEM, with curiosity about emerging areas such as GEO, AEO, and AI-powered search.
• Naturally curious about AI and digital technology, with an eagerness to explore how new capabilities can improve customer experiences and digital products.
• Highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to work across both technical and non-technical teams.
