For our HR Team in Munich we are looking for a 

HR Functional Solution Architect (m/f/x)

The role:

As an HR Functional Solution Architect, you will be responsible to co-design, develop and implement a best-in-class HR Digital Solution based on SAP SuccessFactors, that meets both business and internal HR needs. You’ll analyze and evaluate business processes and user needs to design and implement solutions, working collaboratively with the Global Project Team as well as European HR and IT key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze HR requirements, processes design and apply reasonable, efficient, and scalable solutions in line with business requirements and needs and that ensure a favorable user experience
  • Create accurate work estimates and design solutions for execution to develop detailed work breakdown structures for the entire Functional Workstream, coordinating daily work and final deliverables
  • Work with the Functional Moduls Leads to ensure that funtional requirements are accurately captured and brougth to the respective project teams for consideration
  • Assess the impact of specific technologies/strategies decisions for all workstreams
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) who acts as a “consultant” on complex issue resolution, and you also identify and address technical or operational risks to the project team and leadership
  • Develop and deliver effective presentations to HR Leaders to facilitate decision making
  • Closely collaborate with Project Management Office, Functional Workstream Leaders and SMEs, IT Team and EU Project Lead

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics (ideally Master), Economics or Business Administration with IT focus or comparable work experience
  • 5+ years of professional experience in an HRIT role and/or IT consulting firm, specializing on HRIT matters 
  • Extensive knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors and implementation experience is an essential requirement
  • Understanding of a variety of architectural scenarios which could occur across SuccessFactors modules and also in the entire HRIT landscape
  • Ability to work on complex projects independently and with a team during multiple phases of a project, through strong stakeholder management skills 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills achieving personal and group productivity through networking and teamwork
  • Passion for the HR matters, combined with curiosity and hands-on attitude
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus
  • Willingness to cross-continental travel based on project needs
  • Business fluent English
