Your Impact

The Tech Lead Manager of Machine Learning & AI will play a crucial role in leading a team of machine learning professionals and driving the implementation of innovative AI solutions. This role combines technical expertise with managerial responsibilities, ensuring successful project execution and team development.

What You'll Do

Technical Leadership

  • Lead the development and implementation of machine learning and AI projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team members.

Project Oversight

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning projects, from conceptualization to deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions seamlessly.

Team Management

  • Supervise and mentor machine learning and AI researchers, fostering their professional growth.
  • Coordinate team activities, allocate resources effectively, and ensure project success.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable machine learning solutions.
  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Innovation and Process Improvement

  • Drive innovation in machine learning methodologies and technologies, staying informed about industry trends.
  • Implement processes for continuous improvement in machine learning models and algorithms.

Who You Are

  • Possess 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning and AI development.
  • Have demonstrated experience in leading machine learning projects.
  • 2+ years of experience in a managerial or team lead role.
  • Operational experience in deploying machine learning solutions at scale.

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE or SKILLS

Project Execution and Oversight

  • Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning projects, ensuring successful execution within defined timelines and quality standards.

Technical Proficiency

  • Solid expertise in machine learning algorithms, model development, and deployment.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, with a good understanding of relevant frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

Leadership and Team Collaboration

  • Leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring technical teams. 
  • Ability to foster collaboration and maintain effective communication within the team.

Innovation and Continuous Learning

  • A proactive approach to driving innovation in machine learning methodologies. 
  • Commitment to continuous learning, staying updated on the latest advancements in machine learning.
