Key Purpose of the Job:

Drive brand growth by understanding consumer insights and competitive context. Building awareness, interest and preference for the brand through 360 marketing activations. Support the line manager to ensure development and implementation of winning brand and digital marketing strategies in APAC.

The focus of his/her scope will:

1. Regional Marketing Plans and downloads

2. Campaign activations

3. Brand Communication plan: PR & social & digital

4. Regional assets creation

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Reinforce brand image and increase brand awareness by presenting the brand in a coherent and efficient way to consumers. Improve brand equity through 360 marketing strategies and activations.
  • Close collaboration with Marketing Director in developing and implementing APAC marketing strategies, ensure global consistency and local relevancy.
  • Manage the brand’s collaboration program to further establish the brand’s style credential & trend relevancy
  • Creative asset management: Leverage, develop and create contents (assets, short videos and copywriting with global adaptation/ local creation) to fuel business growth and encourage consumer engagement.
  • Lead communication strategies in line with strategic objectives to drive brand preference and engagement.
  • Develop APAC guidelines for local markets i.e. PR, KOL, social & EC
  • Lead social platform strategy, streamline and optimize channel landscape to drive efficiencies. Constant audit to drive alignment and enhance consumer journey.
  • Manage and own AHQ marketing budget to maximize ROI and achieve financial plans. Track and monitor budget on a monthly basis against expenditure allocation plans.
  • Leverage and integrate consumer insights to deliver effective consumer led campaigns and brand experiences. Identify brand positioning and share consumer insights with other teams to nurture consumer led culture across the brand.
  • Coach and develop talents among the regional brand marketing organization while establishing a strong team morale & cultivating VF culture across the region
  • Plan and execute China’s IMC and digital campaigns. Drive local excellence in marketing execution.
