Assistant Manager, Human Resources




  Business Partner role has been designed to provide strategic arm to Business Units in meeting their HR requirements. This role requires the individual to execute the HR activities in an employee life cycle, share    timely reports with business of critical employee related updates and effectively execute resource management within the guidelines, policies and norms of Altisource.


       Employee life cycle management end to end:

  • Managing the entire range of Employee Engagement activities including HR Planning, HR Dashboards etc.
  • Successfully design, implement and conduct the service line orientation programmed for new joiners
  • Keeping track of employees activities in terms of confirmation, promotion, transfer and their separation
  • Handle all employee queries and complaints

        Employee Engagement Activities

  • Handling Employee Communication by organizing Focus Group sessions, Meet the Leader sessions, develop action plan and ensure timely execution to address employee problems


  • Organizing employee round tables and brown bag sessions and analyzing employee-relations trends in business unit


        Performance Management:

  • Administration of performance management cycles, including conducting PAS training, closure, data audit reconciliation


  • Driving the compliance for Performance Management, PIP, action planning



  • Administer Counseling/Performance Improvement Plans or any disciplinary proceeding in collaboration with Compliance team


  • Ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution of queries and contributing towards process improvements, also ensuring compliance of all HR processes with defined service level agreement


       Employee Engagement:

  • Creates and executes the employee engagement and communication calendar as per the defined strategy/ guidelines of the unit and corporate HR
  • Collect feedback and evaluates the success of the initiatives, in order to effectively engage employees at work

      Key Result Areas:


  • Employee Communication: Achieve 50% coverage on focus group sessions every quarter
  • Compliance: 100% compliance and TAT adherence on all HR processes (Counseling’s/PIPs/BGV’s/Exits)
  • Act as the first point of contact for all employee queries and complaints

Implement measures that would help identify and reduce 180 days attrition

Qualification/ Requirements:

  • MBA (Human Resources) specialization required
  • Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills and has the ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with business
  • Strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, high quality document and report preparation
  • Proven ability to successfully work as a team member and to build and maintain a positive work environment across the network

Proven ability to prioritize tasks and to organize workload to assure that short timelines are met while having frequent interruptions
