  • Answering all incoming calls; assess customers' enquiries and provide resolution. In addition, update and/or perform on-line maintenance on system terminals as immediate response to customers' requests; ensure effective and timely follow-up as promised to customers; process financial entries/adjustments on customers' accounts if necessary
  • Promote Citibank products/services/benefits to potential customers; cross selling of Bank Products, Bank Channels; and other initiatives that the business deems important
  • Be part of a dynamic team to provide optimum service to all customers by answering inquiries and resolving complaints effectively with the ultimate aim of projecting a professional Citibank image

  • Possess a minimum of Associate Degree from reputable university (minimum D3) any major
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply, preferably 1-2 years of experience
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skill with good command of written and spoken in English; ability to speak in other language is an added advantage
  • Service-oriented and able to work under pressure; a good team player with commitment and initiative; mature, self-motivated, patient, well organized, meticulous and analytical
  • Have a good and clear voice
  • Willing to work on schedule base (shift hours), include night shift, weekend and public holiday
