Reporting to the FSQA Senior Manager, this
position will assist in the creation, training, and implementation of the Fulfillment
Center’s food safety plan and quality requirements by leveraging analytics and
project management to drive results.
WHAT’S ON THE MENU: (About the role)
highly self-motivated, intelligent Operations Analyst to think strategically
who can communicate and collaborate in a fast-paced team setting.
subject matter expert in cross-department program planning sessions to ensure
all needs are considered and met.
in program development to ensure conformity to GFSI standards.
the rollout and implementation of food safety and quality program elements as
created through end-to-end project management.

objective will be creating simple and user-friendly steps for data
collection that can be integrated seamlessly with existing processes.

NECESSARY INGREDIENTS: (Requirements)
- Bachelor of Science or comparable industry
- 3+ years consulting or analytical experience,
preferably in food processing/manufacturing
- Familiarity with GFSI Standards (SQF, BRC, FSC)
- Ability to analyze data and project trends
- Strong ability to
drive and manage multiple high priority tasks
- Strong written and
verbal communication skills
- Working familiarity
with SQL, Tableau, Smart Sheets, and Quality Management Systems S
- Analytical thinker
