As a Senior Service Analyst, you will play a key role connecting teams, improving operations, and ensuring a smooth experience across the Property & Casualty insurance lifecycle. Your work will directly impact service quality, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

How you'll make an impact

  • Deliver seamless support across the full insurance policy lifecycle, helping teams meet client needs accurately and on time.
  • Partner with branch teams, service centers, and insurance carriers to keep processes moving and aligned.
  • Improve the renewal experience by coordinating activities before and after policy renewal milestones.
  • Guide and support team members, helping them learn systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Spot opportunities to simplify workflows and shift work efficiently across teams.
  • Resolve queries quickly to reduce delays and improve service quality.
  • Strengthen relationships with internal teams to enhance the overall client experience.
  • Help ensure all documentation and system records are accurate, complete, and up to date.

About you

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance operations, ideally in Property & Casualty (P&C).
  • Understanding of the insurance policy lifecycle and client service processes.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confidence working with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem‑solving skills and the ability to make thoughtful decisions.
  • Experience supporting or guiding others is valued but not required.
  • Comfort working in a role aligned with U.S. business hours (night shift).
  • Relevant certifications are a plus, not a requirement.
