About the Role

ClassPass is seeking a data-driven Content Marketer to lead and execute our B2B content marketing strategy. You will work with our marketing and creative team to ideate, create and implement quality content that will accelerate partner growth. This person will manage the entire content creation process including ideation, project management, distribution strategy and extrapolating insights. This role requires excellent writing skills and top-notch project management skills. You will be expected to contribute to marketing KPIs including increasing leads that come in through the inbound funnel while maintaining or increasing close rates. This role reports to the Direct of Content and Community.

About You

You are passionate about content marketing and data. You are always thinking about the inbound marketing funnel and how content can be used for everything from lead generation to increasing sales. You are organized, innovative and have the ability to test and develop new content and marketing strategies based on learnings. You have strong verbal and written communication skills and editorial attention-to-detail. You can write messaging and copy with ease and are a pro when it comes to reporting our findings from the data. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing B2B leads from email/social media/ website/ events and enjoy working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Write, create, optimize and distribute B2B content in multiple forms such as long-form content, social content, webinars, infographics, lead generation content, etc.
  • Grow our B2B footprint by managing and building strategic content partnerships
  • Partner closely with marketing and creative to wireframe, design, test and distribute content assets
  • Own content marketing roadmap for the B2B side of our business and ensure that the most impactful content is prioritized and created
  • Work with the partner sales team to create content that will bring new customers and prospects into our ecosystem and move them through the inbound marketing sales funnel
  • Leverage keyword research, CMS, content optimization tools, etc.
  • Align content strategy with product marketing and brand marketing initiatives
  • Test, iterate and grow the B2B content marketing strategy by measuring the effectiveness of content initiatives and reporting learnings to the team
  • Lead project management, execution and analytics/reporting of all B2B content projects

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Mid-level opportunity, with a minimum of 3-5 years experience.
  • Proficiency in Wordpress and Hubspot preferred.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Excel and other reporting tools
  • Metrics orientation and proven track record of achievement
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor degree or higher
