We are looking for a bright, customer-obsessed, driven, and creative individual to join our team as the Vendor Manager of Merchant Support.
You will be responsible for the leadership and development of strategic vendor relationships across key merchant operational categories to support the growth of DoorDash merchant partners. As the Vendor Manager of Merchant Support, you will engage directly with vendors to ensure that contract terms are fulfilled and vendor risk is mitigated. You will also collaborate with multiple internal teams on issue resolution, product improvements, and the optimization of our supply chain.
You’ll be part of an exciting, rapidly-growing team designed to take our company to the next level. Our environment is fast-paced, and requires someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with multiple teams, vendors, partners, and management.
