Job Summary

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in enhancing organizational efficiency by implementing tools, systems and processes in collaboration with peers across the Comcast family. By analyzing / interpreting complex business data and processes, it will be your responsibility to document business requirements, conduct thorough analysis, and translate findings into actionable outcomes. Leveraging your experience, ensure the delivery of high-quality business solutions. Your role will require effective communication between business and technical teams, contributing to the development of strategies for process improvement, and staying abreast of industry trends to inform decision-making. Core Responsibilities:

  • Take the lead role in gathering, documenting, and validating business processes and requirements. Document new or localize existing Comcast Business practices in order stand up services to the non-US market. Ensure that processes are clear, comprehensive, and aligned with organizational goals. Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to bridge gaps and achieve objectives.
  • Focus on Automation, remove manual intervention, multiple touchpoints in order to improve productivity and efficiency, Work closely with Sales and Operations to continually improve our processes and services.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to extract meaningful insights, trends, and patterns. Present findings in a clear and accessible manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a liaison between business and technical needs, ensuring effective communication and understanding of requirements. Serve as a trusted partner, offering insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
  • Maintain change control of processes.
  • Externally reference solutions to ensure tools, systems and process are continually measured against best in class (e.g. MEF API automation standards).

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in a Business Analyst role.
  • Experience working in Telecommunication industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge in MEF automation standards (or other API automation standards).
  • Familiarity in agile and waterfall delivery model.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
