Junior Salesforce Administrator



The Revenue Operations Tools team works day-in and day-out to (i) ensure systems, tracking and processes evolve to meet the high growth demands of the business, (ii) continuously improve the customer lifecycle and journey experience and (iii) ensure the technical stack is fully optimized to maximize return for the business.  You will be joining a high performing group of individuals that serve as the backbone for the revenue engine and contribute to shaping our technology strategy and delivering profitable business outcomes.  We are looking for someone to join our team that thrives in a fast paced and collaborative environment and loves problem solving and building for scale.


Revenue Operations’ mission is to enable the revenue engine to grow quickly and efficiently, from the first touch to ongoing support and expansion with every customer. Our goal is to deliver in-depth insights into how we perform across multiple channels, maintain a solid technical foundation as the business scales, and enable our global Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience teams. As the Eventbrite business continues to grow and increase in complexity, we are looking to build on our team of dedicated Salesforce Administrators responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce system and the needs of our sales and marketing employee base. This is a critical entry level position that will be the Tools team’s first hire in EMEA to better support our global teams across the business.


  • Provide day-to-day end user support and assist users with best practices to improve and increase their knowledge of Salesforce.com
  • Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and escalate as needed
  • Create and manage users, profiles, roles and permission sets in Salesforce
  • Customize fields, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
  • Assist in data import/export/updates, system customization
  • Assist with training end users on the use of Salesforce.com
  • Maintain data and system security and integrity in Salesforce
  • Create training and user documentation, and maintain ongoing documentation processes as business needs evolve or features are added


  • Core Tech Stack - Salesforce, Marketo, Gainsight
  • 1-2 years experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced, results oriented environment.
  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word and Powerpoint)
  • Natural enthusiasm for resolving problems in an ever-evolving environment
  • Driven and self motivated with a bias towards collaboration and a sense of urgency to deliver results
  • Driven, collaborative self-starter with bias for action and sense of urgency to deliver results
