What To Expect
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Program Manager to join our team at Tesla. In the Technical Program Manager, fulfillment Operations position, you will be responsible to oversee and optimize operational programs across our Distribution and Operations Centers. The successful candidate will develop and implement comprehensive workflows, manage relationships with cross-functional teams, and balance priorities across the organization in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Do
Develop, implement, and manage workflows for operationalizing new obligations and processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives and collaborating with different teams
Lead and manage order management, fulfillment system, and transportation system integration projects, ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow across platforms
Clearly document workflows, create and maintain SOPs, and ensure operational processes are well-communicated and consistently followed
Understand and apply product life cycle principles to operational planning, ensuring resources are aligned with each stage of the cycle
Independently handle multiple projects at a time meeting objectives and deadlines
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in product or program management, operations, or a related field, with a strong focus on process improvement and operationalization
Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve program goals
Strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements relevant to energy storage and grid-scale projects
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex information and make data-driven decisions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Expected Compensation
$96,800 - $168,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
