Amazon Quick is redefining how people work — combining agentic AI, intelligent automation, and collaboration into a unified productivity platform that serves both prosumer power users and the world's largest enterprises. We are at an inflection point: the product is resonating with users, early adopters love it, and we want to help people transform how they operate with AI. We are seeking a world class growth leader who wants to join the journey to architect and execute the strategies that turn early traction into ubiquitous adoption.
We are seeking a Sr. Principal Product Manager-Technical to own Amazon Quick's growth strategy across social and enterprise channels. This is a strategic product leadership position that requires deep understanding of the UX patterns, incentive structures, and engagement mechanics that drive durable, compounding growth. You will identify the structural levers that make adoption viral and retention inevitable — and you will execute against them with a small, high-caliber team of PMTs and in close partnership with teams across Amazon and our external partners.
This role reports to the Head of Product for Amazon Quick and is a key member of the Quick product leadership team. It carries high visibility, with routine engagement with AWS senior leadership including the AWS CEO.
Why This Role
The way people work is about to change permanently — and the product that captures that transition will define the next decade of productivity. Amazon Quick is positioned to be that product, and this role exists to ensure we grow at the pace the opportunity demands.
