Specialist Sales Representative - Oncology

Location: Hainaut – Brussels

Introduction to role:

Join our Oncology Business Unit as we build out an entirely new Franchise! As a Specialist Sales Representative - Oncology, you will be responsible for delivering scientific education on our life-changing medicines towards customers, identifying business opportunities, presenting value propositions aligned to partner needs and objectives, and recommending solutions to drive and develop business. This is done to reach sales targets in accordance with the Territory Action Plan.

This position reports directly to the Franchise Lead.

Accountabilities:

You will develop account strategies and plans, create deep customer relationships, build capability and knowledge in the region, deliver on plans and achieve sales goals on budget, and ensure compliance with all external regulations and internal policies. You will also be encouraged to report medical queries or eventual adverse events to our Medical Team.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Strong experience in pharmaceutical specialty sales
  • Education in medical or scientific field
  • Knowledge of relevant products and/or relevant therapeutic areas (specialty medicine)
  • Proven track record in influencing the stakeholder decision-making process in an ecosystem with multiple influential player’s / decision makers
  • Cross functional working experience
  • Language Skills: proficiency in French and English

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Knowledge of healthcare environment or health economics
