Help develop and implement Macquarie’s operational risk management framework across our Financial Management Group. Join us as an Operations Risk Manager in our Non-Financial Risk team.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and assisting finance teams in compliance with Macquarie's financial control framework and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will maintain relationships with finance team leads to raise awareness and provide relevant insights on the control framework.

What you offer

  • Qualification in a relevant discipline and a CA/MBA in Finance, along with 1+ years of post-qualification experience in audit and/or operational risk, preferably within an accounting or financial services environment.
  • Demonstrated proven technical and analytical skills, supported by attention to detail and sound judgment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Innovative mindset focused on improving processes to enhance efficiency and add value.
  • Ability to work in a virtual global team, strong customer service ethic, and proactive understanding of stakeholder requirements.
