In order to support our team and strengthen the growth of our APAC business, we are looking for an:

Senior Organization and HR Management Consultant

We will count on you to:

  • Assist in business development in preparing proposal or any documents related to bidding process.
  • Help deliver significant change from integrated solutions for Mercer’s clients, working on a wide range of Organization and HR related projects
  • Act as a liaison between the Mercer project team and the client. Participate in meetings with clients, including fact-finding interviews and presentations.
  • Assist in the preparation of client presentations/ reports and perform quality assurance for presentations/ reports

What you need to have: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or Human Resources with at least 8 years of relevant Organization and HR consulting experience or corporate HR experience
  • Experience in data analysis and presentation are highly desirable
  • Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and the ability to learn quickly, think creatively and critically
  • Strong research and analytical skills both quantitative and qualitative along with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to foster successful work relationships with contacts at all levels
