This position is responsible for overseeing the system and design solutions of Ariba, along with its integration into SAP S/4 HANA. As system solution owner, the role is crucial to help the organization’s operational efficiency and effectiveness, in addition to supporting the implementation of Ariba enhancements and change requests. The role requires a strong understanding of both business process flow and in-depth technical domain knowledge. Effective communication skills are essential in managing relationship with stakeholders and vendors successfully.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and provide core system administration and technical assistance for Ariba on-demand systems including Procure-to-Pay, Source to Contract and Supplier Management, along with their integration into the SAP ERP System
  • Responsible for the configuration of approval workflow, maintenance of approval rule files, mapping between Ariba objects and SAP ERP (S/4 Hana) through SAP CIG integration and logging and monitoring of any defects
  • Provide support for the integration platform and API
  • Facilitate testing and implementation of fixes
  • Monitor and resolve technical issues related to interfaces among Ariba; OpenText OCR, CIG and SAP S/4 Hana system 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related discipline.
  • At least 8 years’ experience in IT, with a minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in Ariba on-demand solution, Ariba network administration, configuration and Ariba cXML specification.
  • Proficiency in integrating Ariba on-Demand solutions with SAP ERP using Ariba Cloud integration gateway for Procurement and Invoicing processes.
  • Familiarity with SAP MM/FI modules and experience with API integration for Concur and other SAAS product will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
