Job Overview

The Administrative Assistant will provide support for the ICT business unit senior leaders in Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement and Strategy located North Carolina and Pennsylvania. This individual plays a key role in supporting these leaders be as efficient and organized for them to achieve their objectives. We’re looking for an individual who is a self-starter, focused on results, and committed to making a difference.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars
  • Daily review and prioritization of email and other correspondence
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings and schedules
  • Schedule and coordinate conference calls and on-site/off-site meetings
  • Arrange and coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Manage and complete expense reports
  • Assist department lead with onboarding new hires (logistics, supplies, computer, etc.)
  • Create PowerPoint presentations and standard reports as needed
  • Maintain organization charts and assist with organizational announcements
  • Manage sensitive and proprietary information with discretion and confidentiality
  • Team player - assist and provide coverage for other executive assistants as needed
  • Support the processing and routing of purchase orders, contracts, office supply ordering and other materials

Minimum Requirements

  • Working experience 10+ years in an administrative capacity; large corporation executive assistant experience preferred
  • Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have strong Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing deadlines and priorities
  • Must be able to work independently, prioritize work and handle simultaneous assignments with success and accuracy
