We are seeking an Investment Production Analyst to be part of the team coordinating and maintaining all automated processes within the firm. This includes providing first line technical support for technical applications and processes, and working with the investment team to coordinate implementation. We pride ourselves on a rigorous training program for this role, and are open to candidates who are curious, innovative, and have a drive to excel.

This role offers a unique opportunity to learn soup-to-nuts how data is transformed into investment signals in a quantitative environment. This opening is for the day shift, and requires participation in a rotational daytime/evening support schedule with remote weekend availability needed approximately every fourth week. Holiday support is covered on a rotating basis and night coverage is needed one to two weeks per year.

Job Responsibilities:

-Production support coverage.

-Case-based projects around maintenance of production, improvements of the process, and other business needs.

-Ability and willingness to perform on-call responsibilities, including nights and weekends.

Desired Skills and Experience:

-Strong technical/computer knowledge (required)

-Highly self-motivated and able to work independently (required)

-Experience with scheduling applications like Control-M or TWS (highly valued)

-Experience working in a Unix or Linux environment (highly valued)

-SQL, Python and/or SAS programming knowledge (highly valued)

-Solid understanding of relational database concepts (valued)

-Experience working with source control tools and coordinating code changes (valued)

-Knowledge of the financial/investment industry (valued)
