The Marketing Operations and Center of Excellence (CoE) team at Axway leverages world-classmarketing technologies, data-driven insights and exemplary teamwork - to not only help execute marketing campaigns but transform the role of Marketing into a strategic innovation and revenue generating hub. Responsibilities

You will be supporting Axway’s Marketing Automation initiatives with the following responsibilities:

Marketing Automation Technology Maintenance & Optimization

  • Manage lead lifecycle and scoring to ensure the healthy performance of lead management.
  • Regular Marketo health checkups, including proper functioning and optimization of

emails, landing pages, templates, folder structures, and campaign flows.

  • Bring best practices on data capture and database management, including routing, acquisition, enrichment, and data cleansing to ensure data collection and standardization when creating campaigns.
  • Maintain and evolve the current martech stack (Marketo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, Ringlead, etc) to drive efficiency and scale operations. Assist in the design, development, and execution of the marketing technology roadmap.
  • Training and enablement to make marketing and sales teams utilize the technology effectively.

Marketing Strategy Optimization

  • Leverage Marketo, SFDC and/or other analytics tools to analyze Campaign’s performance, ROI,and pipeline influence along with prospects’ engagement behaviors throughout the buyer’s journey.
  • Be an active, visible, and vocal spokesperson for the Marketing Operations team and its contributions to the senior leadership.
  • Develop strong relationships and close partnerships with regional and global Marketing, Sales, Operations, Legal and IT teams to deliver a seamless stakeholder experience.
  • Act as a key advisor to Marketing Operations and Marketing leadership in influencing the strategic direction of the business. Contribute to the overall strategic growth of the organization.

Marketo Programs and Synchronization

  • Work closely with field marketers to execute Marketo programs by creating emails, forms, target lists, triggers, and alerts ...
  • Enable campaign execution and reporting based on stakeholder requirements on responses and program member status and pipeline impact.
  • Monitor and ensure the campaign synchronization with Salesforce.com.
  • Troubleshoot and QA campaigns, workflows, data issues, A/B Tests, nurture campaigns and email deliverability issues.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of direct experience in marketing automation along with practical, hands-on experience with Marketo. Marketo expertise must include program set up fundamentals, lifecycle, program triggers, scoring models, token utilization, assets and reporting.
  • Passionate with Marketing technology and innovation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to build and manage good relationships with stakeholders and virtual teams.
  • Think with the big picture and challenge the status quo.
  • Must possess a strong attention to detail, and ability to address and interpret technical issues to a non-technical audience.
  • Self-motivated and self-starter with a high sense of ownership
  • Knowledge in modern Demand Generation strategies, advanced Excel, HTML, Marketo and SFDC Platform certifications are a huge plus.
  • Must have a relevant University Degree or equivalent work experience.
