What To Expect

Project Manager will collaborate closely with teams from Operations Management, Facilities Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Project Controls, and Procurement to execute projects and sustain ongoing maintenance activities. This position oversees all on-site contractors working for Facilities. Daily task include coordinating trade labor for preventative/corrective maintenance activities, addressing daily construction challenges, conducting routine inspections to verify adherence to plans and specifications, monitoring project timelines and budgets, contractor onboarding, reviewing or providing safety paperwork, closing completed work orders through CMMS, and assisting in invoice reviews.

Deliver successful corrective and preventative maintenance projects

Guide and support in-house teams while managing priorities

Facilitate on-time or early completion of operations projects, empowering teams to tackle issues and focus on key executions

Foster and prioritize a culture of safety and quality across projects and the organization

Utilize clear, effective, and visually appealing communication to report obstacles or achievements, including articulating potential risks

Maintain a proactive mindset, ensuring stakeholder engagement and alignment with project objectives

Deliver high-quality outcomes for project customers and end-users, keeping initiatives on track and resolving issues promptly

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Project Management or equivalent professional experience

3-4 years of hands-on experience in large-scale commercial or industrial maintenance management

Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills

In-depth expertise and demonstrated success in delivering scopes for Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Life Safety, and Controls disciplines

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and CMMS systems

Readiness to engage directly in tasks as required to achieve goals and motivate teams through demanding projects

Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with stringent deadlines and ambitious targets
