Your role:

  • As a Senior Territory Manager, you'll spearhead customer support by fostering a strong team focused on resolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction. 
  • Collaborate closely with customers to understand market dynamics and devise tailored solutions.
  • Cultivate a culture of Philips behavior within the team, emphasizing problem-solving skills and data analysis to address root causes.
  • Build strong cross-functional networks, particularly with sales and project teams, to drive cohesive field strategies and joint customer visits.

1. Experience: 10-12 years of relevant experience.

2. Skills: Proficient in people management and business acumen, adept at handling customers.

3. Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.

4. Anything else: This role entails extensive travel.
