SeniorFacility Manager for Nordics

We arelooking for a highly professional and service-driven Senior Facility Manager tooversee Workplace & Reception Services across the Nordic region.

This is asenior role within our organization, responsible for delivering an exceptionalworkplace and front-of-house experience that reflects the company’s standards,culture, and reputation. The position requires a proactive and detail-orientedindividual with a strong sense of discretion, hospitality, and operationalexcellence.

As SeniorFacility Manager, you will lead and coordinate workplace operations andreception services across multiple Nordic offices, ensuring a seamless, premiumexperience for employees, clients, and visitors alike. You will act as atrusted partner to senior stakeholders and play a key role in maintaining afirst-class corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop Workplace & Reception Services across the Nordic offices
  • Ensure a professional, welcoming, and high-quality front-of-house environment
  • Manage strategic relationships with external vendors and service partners
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Oversee office operations, meeting facilities, and corporate events
  • Maintain workplace standards aligned with the company’s brand and culture
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership and international teams
  • Support the development of workplace strategies and service excellence initiatives
  • Handling of lease contracts for relevant entities in the Nordics, including leasehold-related topics and projects
  • Formalization and follow-up of Facilities services and projects budgets
  • Invoice management

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience within Facility Management, Workplace Services, Hospitality, or Corporate Reception leadership
  • Experience from a professional services, finance, investment, or international corporate environment is highly valued
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced and high-expectation environment
  • Fluent in English; additional Nordic languages and French are considered an advantage
  • Flexible and solution-oriented attitude that enjoys working in a continuously changing environment

  • Scope: Full-time temporary position of a 1-year period, with good prospects for extension
