Manages multiple projects for assigned area of ownership within Central Operations by managing the governance of project plans;
Establishing project activities, deliverables, milestones and timelines; Identifying resources needed for project completion;
Managing activities through completion;
Designing localized accounting solutions using standard protocol;
Delivering presentations, updates, white papers, and other project
documentation to stakeholders (for example, program leadership, internal business partners, steering committee) at regular intervals.
Manages the delivery of projects by ensuring understanding of scope of work; Collaborating with multiple teams to develop and adjust timelines;
Prioritizing and managing work streams with input from senior leadership; Ensuring resolution of critical issues;
Monitoring progress versus plan;
Escalating complex or difficult issues to senior leadership;
Can identify and manage risks within a project plan and collaborate with team members to resolve those risks;
Tracking changes to projects, expenditures, forecasting, and budgets; Managing stakeholder expectations; holding project team accountable for project delivery;
Developing status reports.
