Main Purpose:

  • To ensure that the Company’s agreed quality standards are maintained with regard to its products, procedures, policies, operations and customer contact.
  • To achieve sales revenue and market share targets in the assigned country market, by promoting defined Medtronic ranged products and services to key specialists and technical staff
  • To practice good territory management in terms of organization, administration and expense planning and control.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for development of CRHF therapy through build a partnership with Key Opinion Leader, referral physician and stakeholder in healthcare environment
  • Grow therapy of CRHF products in assigned accounts through referral physician engagement, solution orientation, and service orientation
  • Identify the barrier and challenge and provide solution to grow therapy in assigned territory
  • Understand technologies, products, procedures, therapy indication and their products and outcomes expected to advise and support our customers
  • Ensure ongoing personal training on all product lines while leveraging regional resources for tools as well as the local Technical, Clinical, and CVG
  • Be involved in creating solutions and placing Medtronic at the front of Cath Lab partnering in assigned territory
  • Identify opportunities for therapeutic expansion and involve regional resources to go deeper in appropriate accounts through creating physician interest and leveraging training and education opportunities
  • Collect local data and territory analytics to forecast inventory requirement, further our knowledge base and solution offerings
  • Other duties as assigned

Skill, Experience and Knowledge:

  • Marketing or sales experience with strong track record in a hospital environment within cardiology, internal medicine and primary healthcare community
  • Experience in develop new product or therapy
  • Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software.

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Biology, Physiology, Engineering, Perfusion, Nursing, Medical Sciences or Biomedical engineering field, Pharmacy
  • General degree graduate
