To promote and sell Surgical Technique – Capital Equipment.
To meet sales and marketing objectives on quarterly and yearly basis.
To work and supervise ST Capital Equipment Indonesia Business Partner (Dealer/Sales Agents) to develop and growth market and revenue
To provide clinical, education, training and troubleshooting to RTG customers, surgeons and other medical professional
Accountable and able to work independently in Operating Theater environment
Responsible to manage distributor to achieve revenue and market share targets through supporting cases, training of end-users, and promoting Medtronic Surgical Technology products to potential customers in Indonesia
Responsible of sales analysis, practices, strategies, planning, data collection
Developing and managing relationships with high profile customers, accounts and opinion leaders
Collect market intelligence e.g. market size and share, competition products & pricing, reimbursement prices, tenders etc and to support the analysis and formulation of local sales & marketing strategy including product & pricing strategies
Ability to communicate effectively to drive results and establish collaborative relationships
Maintain the company’s ethical position. Effectively communicate and manage company business conduct policies
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the customer base
Partner with the senior leadership and proactively identify and capture new business opportunities
Maintain a good working knowledge of Medtronic Surgical Technology products and competitive products
Develop and maintain accurate account and territory records
Work with distributor to compile monthly report of sales performance and case volume by accounts/user
Responsible for Central Indonesia (Central Java, DIY Yogyakarta, West Kalimantan)
Bachelor’s degree (Medical degree is a plus)
Good command of written and spoken English
Min 3+ years healthcare/medical device sales experience preferably in the field of Neurosurgery, ENT, Orthopedic, Plastic Surgery, Neurology (Preferably: Neurosurgery, ENT and Orthopedic)
Highly motivated individual who has the potential to become a leader in the next 1-2 years and capable of managing a team under him/her in that country
Ability to understand and execute business strategy flawlessly
Experience in distributor management & product management
Able to quickly prioritize jobs under pressure and anticipate the changing needs of customers.
Demonstrate leadership and motivation skills
Goal setting and implementation skills demonstrated by a clear record of accomplishments in prior personal and professional pursuits.
Desire to win with a drive on results
Ability to travel frequently across the country as required by the business
