Act as strategic business partner to GM and ExCom & other key stakeholders who provides technical expertise and advice on identifying and solving HR related issues.

Responsibilities
HR Strategy:
Participate in business strategy definition and implementation for a sustainable and profitable overall business result and establish HR as a strategic constituent of the overall business process.
Play a key role in supporting the delivery of AOP metrics (volume, net revenue, market share, profit, cash flow, organization health, I&D metrics, turn/churn, employee productivity, HSE etc) by ensuring that all HR interventions have a holistic organizational impact linked to business strategy.
Develop, align and implement winning people strategies and plans to drive short and long term growth through talent acquisition, development & organization capability building – people planning, strategic staffing, on-boarding, retention, learning & development, performance management, reward & recognition, compensation & benefits, health & wellness, employee communication etc.
Develop, implement and sustain employee relations strategies and programs that will ensure business continuity
Change champion:
Effectively serve as a change leader by supporting business on design, implementation and sustainment of Foods business, including green/brown field projects by leveraging relevant local and global best practices and trends.
Culture builder:
Facilitate a Values based, inclusive, positive and productive work environment throughout the organization that fosters innovation, high performance and commitment while providing an exciting & rewarding place to work.
Manage and maintain relationships and networks with internal and external stakeholders on HR related matters to ensure necessary support and seamless business operations.
Establish strong community presence through appropriate CSR projects and work closely with Region Corporate Affairs team to deliver CA agenda.

Represent Pepsico Vietnam externally on HR related forums and issues and build a strong employer brand by leveraging and extensively communicating local and global organizational strengths in line with the PepsiCo Employer Brand.

Continually build, coach and develop the HR team to be fully capable to meet evolving business needs including the accountabilities outlined above
Qualifications
University graduation
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR (generalist HR role with people management and leadership responsibilities is preferable)
Relevant experience across all sub-functions of HR such as staffing, training and development, compensation and benefits etc
Experience in planning and executing functional/strategic business projects
Experience in building and managing team
High degree of business orientation (including cross functional appreciation) and organization strategy skills
Strong communication skills and fluency in English language
Mature individual with strong ethics and high integrity who is able to demonstrate PepsiCo Values and leadership competencies
Personal qualities – transparent and approachable, quality conscious and results oriented
