The Technical Support Engineer will be part of our Broadcast Technical Support and Engineering team and will work with different broadcast and ICT development, support and maintenance activities.
The Technical Support Engineer is responsible for the coordination, management and execution of proactive and reactive broadcast support and maintenance activities that require a higher level of support that the one offered by the 1st Level Operations. This shall ensure that the services provided to our customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels. Work will be partly in 1st line supporting customer during live events (e.g. News and Sports) during evenings and weekends.
