  • We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and professional Administrator to join our team in the South West of England.
  • Working effectively and collaboratively as part of a team of 4 administrators, you will deliver a high quality, efficient and professional customer service, supporting management teams across the area.
  • Part Time: 22.5 hours per week – Some flexibility available with hours
  • Weekly hours to be worked between 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
  • We are looking for a self-motivated and competent administrator; you will have proven experience of working in a similar/related role. With excellent verbal and written communication skills, you will be confident using MS Office products. The ability to manage and prioritise workloads, maintain accuracy and attention to detail whilst working at speed to meet deadlines is vital. Driving is not essential but preferred as you will have the opportunity to work within other locations across the region.
  • You will also provide a wide range of administration support to the Regional Administration Manager, Area Operation Managers & Service Managers; which will include:
    • Letter and report writing
    • Minute taking
    • Arranging meetings, travel and accommodation
    • Diary management
    • Collation of statistics and data entry
    • Recruitment
    • Purchasing
    • Emails
