Your role as a leader in our team involves a comprehensive approach to driving sales and fostering team growth. You are tasked with:

  • Lead and Empower: Guide and develop a team of sales representatives, focusing on skill enhancement and productivity.
  • Simplify and Digitalize: Introduce new and innovative solutions to increase customer experience and simplify the customer journey
  • Strategic Insight: Actively take part in strategic decision-making and have a direct impact on the success of the company.

Qualifications

Your Story

  • Minimum of 1 year in a leadership role and 2+ years in sales
  • A data-driven, analytical mindset.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience in developing and retaining talents.
  • Self-motivated, with a track record of taking ownership of projects and solving business challenges.
  • Curiosity in new technologies. Customer-focused, always striving to meet and exceed their needs.
  • Fluency in English and Hungarian is essential.
