As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for platforms, products, or specific engagements. This role requires defining robust solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that architectural designs align with strategic objectives and operational requirements, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
  • Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technology strategies with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Contact Center Technology Implementation.
  • Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures.
  • Experience in integrating diverse technology components to create cohesive solutions.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop innovative solutions.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and emerging trends in contact center technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate architectural concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Contact Center Technology Implementation.
  • This position is based at our Chennai office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
