• Review agreements related to agency and business operations.
• Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Identify legal risks and provide recommendations to mitigate potential exposure.
• Manage and support asset recovery initiatives, including clawback processes.
• Monitor cases related to financial recovery, ensuring proper legal handling and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Compliance, Business) to ensure effective recovery execution.
• Provide legal assessment and strategy for dispute resolution or recovery actions.
• Provide legal advice and support on day-to-day corporate matters.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance policies.
• Support corporate actions such as licensing, documentation, and regulatory submissions.
• Develop and improve legal SOPs and documentation standards.
• Maintain proper legal records and contract documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (S.H.); Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 2-4 years of legal experience, preferably in insurance, financial services, or corporate environment.
• Strong experience in contract review, drafting, and negotiation.
