Twilio is looking for Sr. Analyst/Manager, Sales Compensation to join our Sales Operations team. This is a great role for a compensation professional looking to further develop their career in a fast pace, high growth company.

You will be a part of Sales Compensation team responsible for design, administration, and analytics of commissions for multiple global sales functions. In this role you will be responsible for administering sales compensation, validating data, preparing commission statements, and researching exceptions. You will collaborate closely with Finance on estimating commissions expense and interface with Sales team, as needed, to address and resolve commission issues, working both as an advocate for the Sales team, as well as a good custodian of the business. You will analyze sales performance results to derive insights and present recommendations to company leadership. You will contribute to the development and improvement of systems to effectively track and capture compensation data and make recommendations for process improvements.
The Sales Operations team is crucial to the success and scalability of our sales organization and its supporting teams. Our main goal is to empower and support sales organization that, in turn, propels company performance. As part of this team, you will collaborate closely with business owners across functions and sales leaders.
