What will you do?
You’ll join the Sisense Cloud Managed Services team and work hand in hand with the global Customer Support, Customer Success, NOC, and Sisense IT to:
Provide the uptime support for Sisense Cloud including service restoration and downtime analysis and troubleshooting
Set up the environment (server spin-up, etc.) and support the networking and connectivity of new cloud customers
Work on automation of the cloud operations
