Role

You will provide analytically driven insight to support functional leads and understand the P&L impact of those decisions. You will work with team members to manage data and model projects to guide the long-term growth of the business. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving difficult problems, has analytical capabilities, is hands-on, and can work with senior management. You will report to the Finance & Strategy Manager - Kuwait & Qatar.

You will work out of our Dubai office, which has a hybrid operating model. Three days a week, you will be present at the office.

The job will involve:

  • Deliver in-depth business analysis for Country leadership team using your financials, analytical and strategic experience to provide important actionable insights and help shape decision 
  • Oversee the financial forecasting process, working in close collaboration across all departments of the business to ensure accuracy & exhaustivity of the forecast
  • Help understand and shaping the performance against targets/ previous years for Senior Leadership
  • Ensure data accuracy of the P&Ls and of main performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve performance, anticipate returns on investments and manage results expectations
  • Work with HQ Finance & Strategy teams in monitoring monthly performance and in execution of company wide projects
  • Create projects to improve efficiency in the way we operate by building new processes 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an analytical, strategic or commercial role 
  • An accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA or CIMA)
  • Advanced GSheet/Excel (can perform complex functions) skills (SQL is a plus)
  • Complex financial modelling experience
  • You will have experience working with senior partners 
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
