What you will be doing:

Marketing Support

Supporting the Marketing Dept., this role provides data for use in the Lead Management process and for outbound Campaigns and Promotions. A keen eye for detail is required, along with a good understanding of how data is structured and used for a data driven Sales and Marketing team. This service function role needs to have excellent written communications and able to deliver on SLA’s set by the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Importing of data to CRM system (Oracle) for follow up by Inside Sales Teams
  • Allocation of leads to relevant Sales teams in Oracle
  • Daily loading of data to CRM for follow up by CMC team
  • Ensure data quality is adhered to and advise where inaccurate
  • Segmentation of Marketing Database according to needs
  • List building and data manipulation
  • Marketing data cleansing (ad-hoc projects based)
  • Prepare Marketing reports as per the stakeholders requirement
  • Ability to coordinate and cooperate with people in different time zones

What skills, experience and education you need as a team member to succeed:

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Sales Cycle and its basic requirements
  • Excellent Excel knowledge
  • Knowledge of CRM systems usage
  • Keen understanding of Oracle CRM (Sales Cloud)
  • Ability to build relationships with vendors and key stakeholders
  • Self-starter and a proactive can do innovative attitude
  • Requires excellent communication skills, cross functional experience and strong interpersonal skills
  • Results and detail oriented with the ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adopt frequent process changes

Technologies:

  • Oracle Sales Cloud end user experience (Any other CRM end user experience)
  • Eloqua end user knowledge required
  • Expert level Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word required
