As the Head of Finance LATAM, this role is responsible for financial planning and analysis for our LATAM business. The right candidate for this role will have strong analytical skills and financial acumen coupled with the ability to partner and consult with business leaders.

Let’s talk about responsibilities

  • Provide financial leadership to provide to support to business leaders across lines of business and proactively support and act as an advisor to senior management.
  • Key business partner supporting our LATAM team, working closely with the Business team on full spectrum of new initiatives, such as product launch ROI, Lifetime Value/Customer Acquisition Cost analysis, acquisition channel efficiency, exploring new marketing initiative to effectively engage consumers/patients
  • Drive business transformation and deepen our business footprint in the B2B and B2C space.
  • Support special business projects and initiatives including but not limited to data transformation, product pricing, go-to-market launch, M&A business & financial modelling, due diligence and integrations.
  • Support the region with potential impacts of new investments, divestments, paybacks and profitability of projects and new businesses;
  • Generate business insight through data and financial analysis and provide recommendations to drive business outcomes
  • Development and implementation of strategic and operational objectives that help achieve organizational mission.
  • Prepares and facilitates the Strategic & Annual budgeting and monthly forecast process
  • Prepare forecast based on the latest marketing and/ or sales plans and business assumptions.
  • Drive commercial finance regional initiatives and support global finance transformational/digitalization projects
  • Lead & execute long term planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis and reporting.
  • Local focal point for accounting provider in Brazil, Colombia and Mexico, collaborating with US Accounting team.
  • Coach direct or indirect team members on their growth, performance evaluations and feedback.
  • Implements organization strategies through the effective direction and management of employees and resources.
  • This role will lead and develop FP&A, Accounting and Credit and Collections Team.

Let’s Talk Qualifications And Experience

  • MBA in Finance, Accounting or Business related major;
  • Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in overall finance experience and a minimum 3 years of experience in a corporate finance department;
  • Min 3 years related finance & accounting experience partnering with Digital and/or Consumer Marketing teams at a regional/multi-country level
  • Accounting or finance professional qualifications from a reputable organization (CA, CPA, CIMA etc).
  • Good understanding around digital & consumer marketing and how finance can support and enable business success in the B2C space
  • Corporate development, business development and/or corporate strategy experience a plus
  • Prior P&L analysis experience strongly preferred
  • High proficiency in MS Office preferably with extensive database modeling experience and advanced working knowledge of MS Excel (experience in FP&A software being a plus)
  • Good accounting and working capital concepts
  • A strong understanding from a sales perspective of accounting, business, or healthcare solutions
  • Self-starter, results driven and highly motivated
  • Ability to take financials and analytics and translate them to a non-finance audience.
  • Strong collaboration and organizational skills to work effectively with all functional departments to drive desired outcome.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to influence key stakeholders
  • Track record of thriving in ambiguity and driving business success through data driven decisions
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
