The Marketing Coordinator – Qantas Hotels & Holidays supports the marketing activity across a number of portfolios. This involves working in partnership with the Marketing Managers to provide input into marketing campaigns from a digital and offline perspective and ensuring program marketing objectives are clearly met.

This role is responsible for the execution of Marketing campaigns from initial brief through to delivery, with a particular focus on EDM. Content management across the website, app and marketing collateral ensuring content is optimised, according to best practice. This will include building campaign landing pages, ensuring tracking codes are implemented correctly, uploading and resizing campaign assets such as promotional tiles. Liaising with design and copywriting team via JIRA, to ensure content is correct, up to date and on brand. This role will also be required to manage stakeholder relationships across the business to ensure campaigns and content is relevant but maintains integrity to perform the intended purpose.

Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and content using established guidelines/templates
  • Coordinate reporting on marketing campaign performance liaising with relevant internal stakeholders (such as Campaign Analytics) to obtain data
  • Support content administration on website
  • Update and maintain content and communications, and contribute to timely promotion within and outside the business, to gain support of marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate day to day relevant marketing activity, service and/or system to ensure effective and consistent support is provided to dependent function
  • Collaborate with relevant functional teams to provide administrative and delivery support as directed
  • Recommend improvements to relevant marketing activity, service and/or system and collaborate with relevant business partners
  • Continually works on own professional development to ensure knowledge and skills are maintained
  • Comply with Corporate and Divisional Service Standards
  • Comply with the Group management system standard and associated policies in the workplace

You’ll have:

  • 2-3 years marketing experience in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Loyalty or travel/hotel industry experience desirable but not essential
  • Sound analytical and reporting skills
  • Results-oriented and can do attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively liaise with senior stakeholders
