About Team:
Chromeleon Support Team –CMD Division- We are providing Chromeleon software support to all Pharma/NonPharma Enterprise customers through PAN India. Having 20 people across all location; Mumbai, Pune, Aurangabad, Goa, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Bangalore and Hyderabad.

Role & Responsibilities
Purpose: - We have a Chromeleon support contract with Zydus & Alembic Vadodara and local support for these cases is important that new engineer is on board before relieving of Existing engineer else there would be revenue loss for Chromeleon support business.

Responsibilities:
Chromeleon Enterprise Project implementation. Tanning to all customers about Chromeleon software. Creation of Master calibration sequence Templates and Calibration Report Templates. Creation of routine report for HPLC, IC & GC. Creation of online calculation report format for all test executing at QC Labs, ADL Labs and Method Validation Labs. Supporting customer for their routine operational query. Escalation of critical issues to factory support

Candidate Requirement:
Ready to work with Chromeleon Team for Application support in Vadodara location

Education & Experience levels: BE-Instrumentation

Nature of experience: OK.

Knowledge Required:
Candidate earlier worked with same team for two years. Having product knowledge. One refresher training is sufficient

Skills: Very well Demonstration & Presentation.
