Position: Manager- Sales

Location: New Delhi

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company's sales targets in India.

2. Identify and target potential Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and EPC contractors, Consultants. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at OEMs and EPC contractors.

3. Getting company name approved with major Public Sectors, EIL, Major EPCs & Consultants.

4. Responsible for Achieving Yearly/Quarterly Sales Target & collection of Payment

5. Developing New Applications for Everest Products in Steel Industry, Oil & Gas, Food Industries, Water Treatment Industuries.

6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

7. Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

8. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation to the management team.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

2. Proven experience of 10 to 11 Years in Process Application oriented Sales, Projects Sales for Industrial Equipment & Plant, Integration of the Equipment & Machineries.

3. Strong knowledge & Exposer of recruiting & developing OEMs for Industrial Equipment

4. Strong Experience in Dealing with EPC Companies, Public Sectors like IOCL, Oil & Gas Industries, Steel Industries, Chemical Industries, Pharma & Food Industries.

5. Exposer dealing with Consultants & Technocrats in Industries.

6. Strong experience dealing with Water Treatment Plants/Zero Discharge Plant Suppliers & Industries.

7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

8. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

9. Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

10. Willingness to travel frequently through out India 11. Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering Aspects & Standards, Codes, MS Office and CRM software
