We are looking for a Sr. UX Designer to join the transformation of our easy to use, configurable platform into a next level user experience. This position reports into the Sr. Director of User Experience. You will work closely with our supportive and collaborative customers to research the day in the life of journeys and design solutions that meet their needs. You will also work with internal stake holders in Product Management and Engineering to design and test your solutions.

On an ongoing basis you will work with Product Management to envision new and aspirational capabilities and new solution initiatives. You will also work with the rest of the User Experience team to design a consistent and optimal user experience across multiple platforms and integrated experiences.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience designing solutions across varied business domains, and has experienced this journey in a complex enterprise software context. This professional brought has a  maniacal attention detail in delivering a world class user experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the next generation user experience initiative of Icertis Contract Management platform.
  • Own the creation and definition of broad features from inception to completion.
  • Present concepts to internal and external stake holders and defend the design parameters and refine them based on the feedback.
  • Partner and collaborate with Product Managers on understanding the use cases of new functionality and to design the corresponding user experiences.
  • Mentor and coach additional user experience designers of varying still levels that are based other locations.

Required Qualifications, Skills, & Experience:

  • 8+ years in User Experience developing across multiple form factors.
  • 4+ years User Experience design for complex SaaS enterprise applications.
  • Experience in Information Architecture, Interaction Design and Content Strategy, with light Visual Design skills a plus.
  • Experience with Agile software development and working in an iterative environment.
  • Experience working with remote teams across multiple time zones.
  • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
  • Data Visualization experience with tools like Tableau Software, PowerBI or Qlik a plus.
  • Prior experience in the CRM, CLM, Procurement applications is a plus.
  • Experience with mobile applications is a plus.
  • Education BA/BS in Engineering, Cognitive Psychology or HCI or like professional experience.
