You will be the 4th member of our Global Talent Attraction Center of Excellence Team and will primarily support the European business with occasional support for the AMEA business. This hybrid role can be based in Manchester or Dublin as you build great relationships with partners locally and across the region.

This role has an opportunity to make an impact that’s worth craving. You can expect the year to be filled with a variety of exciting projects. Whether it’s bringing stories to life in our digital channels, improving our candidate experience, building an advertising campaign, or guiding our employees to promote Kellanova as a place to work – you’ll be involved. A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

  • Ensure our employer brand and candidate experience shines: You’ll be the main support for areas like job postings, career events, candidate communications, employee advocacy, training on our EVP & Employer Brand story, etc. for our European Recruitment team. You will also occasionally support the AMEA Recruitment team on similar projects.
  • Take the lead on talent attraction campaigns: You’ll work closely with the European Recruitment team, business partners, communications team, and relevant agencies to develop campaigns (paid and organic) to attract and engage the right talent for our business. One day it might be an advertising campaign for hourly manufacturing; and the next day, you could be focusing on a day-in-the-life video series.
  • Maximize the value of our CRM: With a newly implemented CRM, you have an exciting opportunity to help our European team maximize its marketing capabilities to build strong pools of top talent.
  • Be the expert on our candidate funnel: You’ll oversee the recruitment marketing data for Europe and identify the insights and trends to make us better. SuccessFactors is our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Leveraging the voice of our employees: You’ll contribute and potentially lead regional employee advocacy efforts that involve generating referrals, workplace reviews, employee video testimonials, and “#LifeAtK Ambassadors.”

We're Looking for Someone With

  • Experience developing and executing recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Proven ability to design, write, and train others in the creation of on-brand materials.
  • Basic knowledge of Applicant Tracking and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Capability to build a project plan and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute it.
