Digital Media Trainee

GroupM Nexus

Main role of this position will be to plan and activate biddable media campaigns (Paid Social & Google Ads) by closely working with senior media specialist s within GroupM Nexus team .

This is a paid traineeship.

Reporting of the role

This role reports to a Senior Performance/Biddable Specialist , and also works directly with other Digital specialists within the group .

Duration

Traineeship duration is 3 -6 months. After the completion candidates with satisfactory performance will be given a job offer.

Measures of success

In three months, you would have:

  • Begun to build strong relationships with team members and other agency staff

In six months, you would have:

  • Established yourself as a valuable member of the digital team, acting as an invaluable support to your colleagues.
  • Taken responsibility for agreed work streams

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Assisting and managing media planning and campaign activation of biddable campaigns in areas of Display, Video and Paid Social.
  • Lead ad-hoc requests for clients such as reporting, creative s trafficking, etc.
  • Assisting senior digital staff in creating channel strategies and campaign tactics

What you will need:

  • Ability to work in English
  • A strong desire for a professional development in digital advertising
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, with a focus on Excel
  • Enthusiasm, curiosity, and a team player mentality
  • A thirst to learn
  • Positive, proactive, collaborative approach to problem solving
