Job Summary

To create one stop service for all inquiries and complaints from all valuable customers & suppliers.

General Responsibilities

  • To solve inquiries and complaints speedily with relevant parties and provide prompt feedback to customers and/ or suppliers.
  • To enhance customer relation and add value to the total supply chain
  • Fully responsible to produce the quality invoice within the time frame.
  • To ensure all aspects of accurate all data , relevent follow up, and collaborate with other units if required
  • Receive the orders from customers, clients(suppliers) and DKSH sales representatives
  • Review the pending orders and reject orders daily by reason.

Education

  • Any bachelor’s degree holder
  • Demonstrate basic knowledge in customer service principles and practices
  • Proven SAP knowledge
  • Proven experience in call center/customer service environments
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills

Work Experience

Minimum one to two years' experience in similar role
