What is the Role?

Based in Paris with a national role, your focus is on our Pro AV resellers which encompasses delivering audio, video and control solutions as AMX, JBL Professional, AKG, Crown and Soundcraft.

As the representative of the entire range of company products and services, you will maintain and expand relationships with assigned channel partners. You will be responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and driving business objectives. You will also support the business sales strategy, activating sales forecast, budget and pricing activities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Set and implement a sales strategy to achieve the business plan, corporate goals and gross margin achievement.
  • Work with a diverse group of sales and customer service representatives to implement the strategic plan.
  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned channel partners.
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
  • Proactively assesse, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
  • Lead solution development efforts that best address end-user needs.
  • Lead and educate others to support the Company’s reputation as a market leader.
  • Monitor the performance of the existing product range, identifying market trends and opportunities for new product development.
  • Ensure that products and the company are well represented by Distributors in your sales region.
  • Ensure the provision of training and technical support to all categories of clients, with particular focus on designers and consultants, and those who influence purchasing decisions.

Basic Qualifications

  • Have a passion for the IT industry.
  • An excellent understanding of the IT industry and future trends.
  • Has a thorough understanding and experience of Audio/Visual, lighting or audio equipment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject.
  • Have proven sales and leadership experience within relevant industries.
