We’re seeking a Scheduler, Workforce based in Vilnius. In this role, you will be part of Global Work Force Management team working with multiple organizations within the company. EUROC WFM team is responsible for workload forecasting, staffing capacity planning, scheduling, real-time CSC performance monitoring and volumes allocation across WU sites to deliver great Customer experience and ensuring long-term company success achieving organizational goals.

  • Forecasting and developing hiring plans for internal WU and Partner sites
  • Creating efficient and effective employee schedules to balance between business needs, labor law and WU employee preferences 
  • Creating reporting and monitoring tools to adjust staffing levels and distribute workload to meet efficiency and cost per minute goals 
  • Ensuring daily, weekly and monthly reports are accurate and brings value
  • Analyzing daily statistics and identifying possible areas for improvements
What you will need to succeed:
  • Good English skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong analytical and communicational skills 
  • You are an expert in Excel 
  • Ability to multitask with minimal supervision
  • What will make you stand out:
  • Knowledge of Avaya CMS, NICE IEX or other Workforce Management tools
  • Experience with automation or/and knowledge of SQL
  • Previous experience as a Workforce Specialist or Resource Planner
