The Customer Care Consultant is responsible for help-desk and customer relations activities in GE Healthcare Digital’s High-Acuity domain including operating room management, anesthesia and intensive care systems. The role includes incident management, fulfilling service requests, problem solving and occasionally also installation and upgrade activities in customer environments.
Qualifications/RequirementsBachelor or Master’s degree in Software Engineering or other relevant education
