Regional Workplace Manager 

Location – Reading – South 

We are looking for an experienced Regional Workplace Manager to join us looking after an exciting portfolio of properties within the south. This portfolio spans Southampton, the M3 corridor Reading and up to Wolverhampton. 

You will be someone who puts the customer at the heart of everything you and your team do. We are looking for a customer centric individual to come and join our growing team. 

As the Regional Workplace Manager, you will support and manage four Facilities Managers as well as support an additional two members of the team with their development. 

Overseeing the smooth running of these properties is key, the make up of the portfolio is a mix of retail and industrial but we are happy to explore experience within office also.

Working closely with the Partner (Head of Workplace) you will act as their right hand person, we are looking for a forward thinking FM, who understands the importance of ESG and Sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, and ensure that contractual commitments are met and exceeded, e.g. SLAs/KPIs.
  • Ensuring business policies and processes are effectively communicated and implemented within the contract.
  • Working closely with the wider Cushman & Wakefield Asset Services team to ensure the collaborative development of the business, effective teamworking, and support to colleagues.
  • Development of contract financial plans for revenue and profit delivery, reduction of WIP, debt, cost reduction and contract growth, and ensure that these are met and exceeded.
  • Ensuring a customer focus within all areas of operational activities, and that effective relationships are maintained with key client contacts.
  • Provision of leadership and guidance, advice, coaching and direct support, where required to deliver best practice selection, training, assessment and recognition/reward.
